Scoreboard Event Customizer — User Guide

This extension sets the event title shown on your Equipe scoreboards — on several scoreboards and for every competition of the show, in one go.

Instead of editing each scoreboard by hand, type the title once, tick the scoreboards, and click Update.

What appears on the screen

Between rounds, the scoreboard shows a three-line intro for each competition:

Line Content
1 The event title you type (the same for every competition)
2 The competition's first heading in Equipe — or, if empty, the competition name
3 The competition's second heading in Equipe — or, if empty, the sponsor

Example: Winter Tour 2026 — Week 3 Grand Prix CSI3* Presented by …

To change lines 2 and 3, edit the headings (or the name / sponsor) of the competition in Equipe, then run the extension again.

1. Open the extension

Open it from the show in Equipe: there is nothing to log into.

2. Type the event title

In Event Customization, type the title to show on line 1, e.g. Winter Tour 2026 — Week 3.

3. Choose the scoreboards

The scoreboards of the show are listed by arena. Scoreboards without an arena appear under Untitled.

Tick the scoreboards to update — any combination, across any arenas.

4. Update

Click Update Selected Scoreboards.

Each scoreboard gets its own message:

  • green — updated;
  • red — not updated, with the reason.

The messages disappear after a few seconds.

Good to know

  • The previous intros are replaced, not added to: the intro blocks of the selected scoreboards are rebuilt entirely.
  • Run it again after adding or renaming competitions, so the scoreboards include the changes.
  • The change is visible immediately: on a scoreboard in use, prefer updating between two competitions.
  • Competitions marked Do not compete are left out.

FAQ

No scoreboard is listed. The show has no scoreboard yet: create it in Equipe, then reopen the extension.

The update is green but the screen has not changed. The scoreboard display keeps its layout in memory: reload the display or restart the scoreboard client.

A competition does not appear in the rotation. It is marked Do not compete, or it is not a competition (a list, for example). Check it in Equipe.

A red message appears for one scoreboard. Try again. If it persists, close the extension, reopen it from the show, and try once more.

The page is blank, or the extension stops responding after a while. Close it and reopen it from the show in Equipe.
