# Already On Site — Vet Check — User Guide

On shows running over **several weeks**, a horse that was already on site the week before does not arrive again: it does not need a new arrival vet check.

This extension finds those horses from their **entries in the previous week's CSI competitions**, and marks them in Equipe with the label **Already on place**. Horses that have **already left** the show are never marked.

## 1. Open the extension

Open it from the show in Equipe. The screen shows:

- the **CSI Competitions** panel: counters and the list of CSI competitions of the show (`W1-CSI1*`, `W1-CSI2*`, `W2-CSI3*`…);
- the **Horses List**: every horse of the show with its status.

| **Affected Horses** | Horses that will be marked |

## 2. Tick the previous week's competitions

Tick the CSI competitions of the **week before** — for example all the `W1` competitions when preparing week 2.

Every horse entered in at least one ticked competition:

- gets a **green check** ✅;
- is highlighted in **green** in the list;
- is counted in **Affected Horses**.

Untick a competition to remove its horses from the selection.

## 3. Horses already departed

A horse that has already left the show is shown **greyed out** with a red **Departed** badge (hover it to see the departure date).

A departed horse is **never selected** and **never marked**, even if it was entered in a ticked competition.

## 4. Mark the horses in Equipe

Click **Update Vet Check Status**. Every green horse receives the label **Already on place** in Equipe.

A message confirms the result:

- *Successfully updated N horses*;
- *(N skipped — already departed)* if some horses left the show in the meantime;
- *(N errors)* if some horses could not be updated — click the button again.

## Good to know

- Unticking a competition **after** the update does not remove the label from horses already marked: remove it in Equipe if needed.
- Only competitions whose name contains **CSI** are listed.
- The check marks shown when you open the extension come from the vet check status recorded in Equipe.

## FAQ

**A horse that was here last week is not green.**
It was not entered in any of the ticked competitions, or it has left the show (greyed out, **Departed**). Check its entries in Equipe, or tick the missing competition.

**A competition is missing from the list.**
Only competitions whose name contains "CSI" are listed. Check the name in Equipe.

**"No horses selected for update."**
No competition is ticked, or none of their horses is still on site.

**"Error occurred during update."**
The extension could not reach Equipe. Close it, reopen it from the show and try again.
